Judgement.
Through the curtainless window,
there's a man in the trees.
always present,
ever-changing.
He looks down upon us
grimacing,
disapproving.
But that was today.
Yesterday,
he smirked
and leaned in,
a snicker beneath his breath.
Tomorrow,
a grin
and a glance to the sky.
